Kind and helpful staff, they are happy to answer my questions, service could be a bit faster but I’m ok with I’m getting. The only downside is that you can’t get your specified-options car in a short time, you need to wait for as long as 5 weeks or you can always make sacrifices to get your car sooner.
An absolute mess.
Zero customer service and no professionalism. The mechanics are overworked, which results in extended waiting times for the simplest repairs. The maintenance work is done hastily, and never completed to satisfy the customer and his needs.
The place is poorly managed. I once had to wait an hour to get my receipt because an employee overslept and didn't show up!
I had infinitely better results dealing with cheaper third parties than this sad excuse of a maintenance shop. Avoid at all costs.
Need to renew their waiting setting chair and more staff as always need to wait for 30 minutes
