Very bad experience. Will not recommend anyone to go over there. It feels like somebody is forcing them to do their job. Even the customers were waiting one of the employee was enjoying his tea and I could even compare him with snail.
I guess they need training to improve the behavior with the customers.
Very Bad Staff. Visited 3 times a week. Not following work timings displayed outside. Doors are locked and lights are switched on all times. Not answering phone calls. Seems permanently closed.
I have to collect my shipments but dont know when they will available. Called several times to help line but all agents are busy.
I am still struggling to get my shipments.
Went to collect shipment after received sms for collection . Your need to have registered national address in saudi post and should be same as the address of courior recipient, then only you will receive sms . After i went there i took token for receiving , took only 5 mins after that. Show then the sms. They check your ID to give you parcel . Nice experience over all
Parcel 📦 pick up timing 8am to 2pm.
