4 Wheel Station

I am very thankful for the amazing work they’ve done to my car! The staff are very friendly, especially Abdulrahman. It hasn’t been 24 hrs since I picked up my car, and everyone has been complimenting the job they’ve done. I am especially happy, because they took the time to understand what it is I wanted and helped me understand what’s practical to install. I’ve been to other places to buy pieces and install, but they are the only ones I felt comfortable with and trusted. It was definitely the right choice!

UPDATE: Few days after I posted the review, I received a call from the shop management. The addressed all my concerns and they promised to involve all highlighted points to their process on the future. Moreover, they offered to send a tow truck to take the car back to Riyadh and fix everything. They also offered a complimentary towing rope. I have never seen such a great customer service in Saudi Arabia. THANK YOU 4 WHEELSTATION FOR THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU GAINED MY TRUST AND BUSINESS. highly recommend This is a review of their service. I called them before I go there because I will travel from the eastern province to install a winch. They informed me it will take a full day so I will need to spend the night in Riyadh. When I arrived, they were trying to push it to two day but I refused and the gentleman put two workers to finish the car in one day. Below are my comments. 1- They will not give you a receipt of receiving the car (no mileage recorded, no body condition record, etc). just drop the key ! 2- we agreed to drill holes on the chassis and install the winch foundation (base) but when I received the car it was welded !!! For sure I was supposed to be informed before they take this decision. 3- I called them on the morning to confirm the car will be ready afternoon and the gentleman confirmed. I arrived there at 4:30 I was informed the car will be ready at 7 but I received the car at 9 PM without even an apology !! 4- I had an aftermarket horn and they informed me they will relocate it but they didn't. They just disconnected it and put it on the passenger seat. Also they forgot to reconnect the fog lights 5- MOST IMPORTANTLY they confirmed the warranty will be 7 years on the electric side and limited life for the mechanical parts. However, THEY REFUSED TO WRITE IT ON THE INVOICE. IN OTHER WORDS YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO PROOF EXCEPT THEIR WORD !!!!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Looking at the positive side 1- their staff is knowledgeable 2- their weld quality is good 3- they carry high end products

So proud to make my build here and to have such a workshop here.. Their customer service, responsiveness, technical knowledge and advise.. has made my jeep build a wonderful easy journey. I have got teraflex suspension system with falcon shocks, steering stabilizer, warn winch, Baja lights, spare carrier, exhaust and other.. Installation was up to the point👌🏽.. I would like to thank Abdulkareem for all the excellent coordination and support.. thanks also to Abdulrahman, Luay and all team for the great support and advise. Definitely coming again.
