I've booked my appointment to be 10 AM for regular maintenance, arrived 8:47 AM, received my car at 10 AM, no delay, no excuses.
The gentlemen in the customer service are polite and very friendly.

Note: I hope we will have more maintenance service centers in Riyadh
I liked the fact they could have a car diagnostic from the car key. But I'm not sure they had to change the brake discs. Besides, the agent ignored all my demands concerning the annoying stuff in the car. They did the brakes and ignored the rest. The car is running smoothly. At least they got this part right!
