The service is good, but beware of their service agents, they will lie to add services on the bill
Khurais service so much better than this because of just receiving my car for a recall, I have to wait numerous hours.. very poor service center and not advised to be visit
They have poor service, when you ask someone they will pass you to other employee until someone did not entertain you. Some of the department are late in opening. Staff are not accomodating, This branch is very disappointing.
Overall everything is fine, but they should change some staffs specially MUSTAFA irresponsible reply’s, and very poor service
So far so good. They did a test drive at my request as I felt I could hear unusual noises when I was driving the car. The technician who drove the car knew his stuff and told me the sounds were normal and that other customers came asking similar things as the car was a new model.
Anyway, I'm happy with the service I got ... I'm now waiting for them to do a 5km service, which was quite reasonably priced actually because I thought it would be much more.
