Strange they are the dealer for Merceds-Benz !! I have to peg agents for information?? no attention nor good customer experience!! Bank agent was very rude BSF bank.. totally terrible visit!! BMW will be my next car😉
This agency doesn't deserve at all to represent a brand like Mercedes, luxury brands need luxury customer care, the workshop is always busy because simply they have only 2 sites in whole Riyadh and bodywork is only in this workshop. They received my car and didn't communicate their check report to me except after many calls from my side and it took them almost 10 calendar days.
The issues with the car doesn't take more than 2 working days by any means, now the car is sleeping there since 25 days and no communication through all this period except when I call the engineer multiple times.
I truly started to think of selling the car that I love because in Saudi, unfortunately I have to deal with this agency !
I came with an emergency situation.
First they ask for appointment.
Even if you get your car inside, minimum five days for checking and I do not know how many day for fixing.
I can not say more about customs service with maintenance.
Hope are become better one day.
They have really nice cars, expensive. Small selection. Average time for car delivery is 2-3 weeks after paperwork.
