One of the latest cars company from China in KSA. The impressions about this cars in South America are so good about the price , design, comfort, quality, engine strenght, warranty, performance, etc. I think, actually here in KSA, Chery has the most impressive offers that really worth the invested money and a lot of people are getting it. The personal working there is kind and helps speaking English and Arabic in whatever you need. I totally recommended to do a visit to the Chery agency and buy a car. I did it today and I'm so happy.

Horrible customer service. I paid cash for vehicle and it took 3 weeks to get tags for vehicle. I made 8 trips to dealership because they told me new car was ready to take. Each of 8 trips, car was not ready. They offered me only free coffee cup for my troubles. Go to another dealer for your own sanity or have a good lawyer.

Staff were ok not very active but if u ask they assist, the only problem is they moved the show room further from before it takes ages to get there, cheap prices for great quality cars and parts.
