Knowing where your parcel is...
Depends on your location upon nearby post office beyond your area.
Sometimes good sometimes bad. This office needs to have better employees that also can speak English language. KSA now is not just for arabic people but open to all. Anyway, it needs a lot of improvements.
For my previous experience there is certain changes to this office and now it is easy to claim packages. I change my rating to 4 star. 4 star because need some improvements like Saturday they say it's open but close. Anyway, congrats for there effort to make saudi post better. Good luck.
They know how messed up the traffic is, due to the Metro Construction and Road Repairs but give no signs nor guidance on how to access the Post Building.
They inevitably reduced their staff-on-duty count (acceptably) for pandemic safety (including the number of hours on duty) and didn't care to publish this information.
They had an option of making multiple work shifts to meet the clientele demand but chose to just let people bounce when they expected service.
A day that's supposed to end at 20:45 is closed at 14:00 with no notification nor update to published spaces online.
That's Sad! 😔
Very bad service. That's all I can say.
Very poor services my shipment was lost which cost 2500 sr,
If you have an option to ship other than them plz do..
