Some of the staff is not good on how to handle people and also there parcel station is always offline. How can you be satisfied in this branch.

I came in looking to ship a parcel internationally. They laughed at me and said that they cannot do this, that I must go to another office almost 45 min away. I asked them if there was any other office closer, and they laughed at me and started doing impressions of me. There were about 10 of them there just sitting with their headphones in. Insulting, unprofessional, unhelpful.

The employees are arriving and locked before the departure dates at 9 o'clock .. The place is messy and dirty and does not represent the aspirations of the service users
