My parcel was sent to the wrong branch, but I came anyways since I just wanted my package. The package took one week to arrive from overseas, and more than double the time to make it to Riyadh. Upon showing the Employee the barcode, he said my package was not in the branch. I showed him the Saudi Post App which verified it was at this branch. He said it wasn’t and to come back later. I called the customer service number, they were helpful and raised a complaint on my behalf. The complaint was rejected for being incomplete 🤦♂️
My product was being shipped from Portugal and once it arrived in Saudi, it took them 10 days for them to ask me and collect it. However, customer service on phone is great which helped me stayed calm and patient. This Saudi Post Branch is very small (Can fit Max 5 customers here). One of the Saudi staff who was distributing the customers packages was unprofessional, angry and was throwing Away parcels and keeping it on the table very hard. You don’t have any rights to handle someone else’s package in this manner. However, I’m not so satisfied with Saudi Post since they are quite slow and take very long time to process a shipment.
