Been training for years spending at least 2 hours a day 4 days a week in regular gym to lose weight, improve strength and get a nice physique but never saw any improvements. Then I joined Milos..... If you want to see results; strength, fitness, weight loss, general health improvement as well as learning new skills with professional friendly coaches in an environment that feels more like family, then this is the place to be! Workouts are varied and never boring and you always feel excited about what workout your going to get on the day. Love you guys!

I joined Milo's because I have tried to become fit and lose weight on my own and also by joining a regular gym but I had only modest results. 3 months after joing Milo's I was able to reduce my weight and improve my strength and best of all all my health scores have improved especially my fasting suger and cholesterol (which is a big deal) trust me I am a doctor. This is the best gym for people interested in improving their strenghth and stamina along with losing weight and looking good. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are amazing and keep you interested and motivated. I am always looking forward to the next day.

Best gym I’ve ever been to. The trainers are like brothers. They work with you and make sure you get the optimal results. Moreover, the environment is amazing.
