If you are an intermediate gym freak and requires no training, then this is the best economical gym for you, however for a beginner I would not recommend you this gym - Why? Because the trainer who is in-charge here do not bother teaching anyone how to properly lift weights. He'll just point the finger on the equipment and tell you do without showing you how to do the actual game.. Neither he would check on you whether you doing it the right way or not.
The gym equipment are very limited, they have only 2 treadmills and 2 cycles and you have to wait in the queue to get your hands on them. But if you are lucky, you might find them vacant which is less likely to happen.
On the other hand, their aerobics classes are good.

The best mafi club is the Filipino employee only, but the kaben is a little effort, and whatever they appreciate, any person who is worth a bad experience
