Nice hotel nd close to haram
I love this place becouse its my wark place
reception and management staff are hopeless
If you have babies I would not recommend this Hotel at all special if you need baby cot , when you ask they will says yes baby cot is available but that is not true they will ask you wait will be bring later on after you did wait for a while and you unpacked they will say sorry not available.
Doesn't deserve the 5 stars, it's a 2 stars hotel
The staff are rude unprofessional
Restaurant staff are very slow you will see so many tables are empty but is not clean and people waiting they just go around wasting time no doing anything.
Do not be fooled by the reception area
This hotel not 5* hotel this hotel third class hotel I hate this hotel and management 😣😣😣
