Great hotel and lovely stuff. Security guys tried to make a couple of stupid jokes but spoke to manager and he seems to have dealt with them. Breakfast is pretty good and there is a lot of variety but it's pretty much the same thing everyday! WiFi is not really that good to be honest and the speeds are dire. Hotel is close but not that close and no restaurants or shops near by doesn't help either so you have to go out of your way to eat something if going to Mosque.

Had a great stay here with family. Liked the nice ambience of the terrace at the back of the hotel which provides outdoor cooling with fans spraying cool water.

Dear Mr Mohammed Abel Samad I just called from the UK to confirm my reservation and spoke a lady called "Itinan". The first time I called she transferred me to another department where I heard a recorded message in Arabic. As I do not speak Arabic I could not proceed further, so I called again, this time Itinan transferred me to another department and the phone just kept ringing. So I called a third time and insisted that Itinan confirm my reservation. All I can say is she was very rude and disrespectful, however she did confirm my reservation this time. When I questioned her as to why she didn't do this on the first call she said "it's not her job" I hope my stay with you will be much better than my experience with you so far. I will update my review after my stay. Regards, Edit: After my stay here: I found everything else was very good. Hotel room was clean and staff were nice and helpfull. So now i'm changing my rating of Anjum Makkah to 4 stars.

Good hotel, good vibe and good breakfast. But location is not that best compared to other hotels in the area. Its a 8-10min walk to the khaba and for the price you pay you could get a hotel nearer to the shops and restaurants. The hotel does have a good vibe .
