Staff at the counter is very helpful and always ready to give good service but management allotting the room is a kind of thugs they held us waiting for 5 hours to allot a room, told us we have no reservation in that hotel but when they got a room empty for us then suddenly they acknowledged that they have reservation. they killed us by waiting and exhaustion.
