Loved the stay at the hotel. Excellent staff and room was extremely good. We booked deluxe king which was very spacious. Breakfast was too good with lots of variety. Shuttle service was very good. 3-4, minutes bus ride to Haram mosque. Couple of minutes walk from that stop to King Fahad gate. Would be looking forward to stay there again definitely.
P.s: forgot to mentuon that you get cookie treats on your welcome to hotel 👍❤️
Great sized rooms, good value for money, good location with super shuttle service which is regular. Could do with greater variety of food selection during buffet times to include juices, fruit, more intercontinental food and not just catering for groups. Better cleaning could be beneficial. Better in room coffee selection to include coffee not just only decaf coffee. Otherwise, very good service.
Great location with great decoration. Rooms are specious and well decorated. Very helpful staff. Wide arrangement of breakfast with lots of options. Hilton is the Best.
The is beautiful, spacious & clean hotel. But the housekeeping service is very very poor and bad. Been told about water in the room be given once a day, but we haven't get our water for the next day. Called many times & the housekeeper promised to send it to our room but non showing.
So sad having a very prestigious hotel but with VERY BAD HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. Room also not very clean after get a housekeeping.
Expecting a great superb service from this hotel but disappointed instead.
Improve your housekeeping service please.
