I love the location and the garden. Parking easily available. The hotel is old and undergoing renovation on some floors. Bit old but maintained. Staffs are well mannered and can speak English well.

Staff are very good.
Just if you want low value price and does not care of quality or you are not care about cleaning of room, this will be good choice. The room is good but cleaning was not good. I have asked to use the Vacuum Cleaner but house keeping does not response of my order.
This was an ideal hotel to stay in Jeddah, its location is close to the Corniche. The rooms are immaculate and tidy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Every morning's buffet breakfast was delicious. I will be sure to visit again. Thank you for the lovely stay!
They have a good bakery that bakes fresh cakes for you with a delicious taste and a descent price. Every day, the bakery has its own cake and dessert menu that changes every day. In addition, the view at their restaurant is amazing. You can eat there even if you aren’t a residential guest. The customer service is great and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It is a good place to relax and enjoy your time especially before sunset.
