Holiday Inn Makkah Al Aziziah

Very great hotel location . Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very good. Overall very nice stay experience I've had.the hotel is very easy to find and reachable from holy places in Makkah.. A vast variety of restaurants are just beside the hotel.there is a lot of shopping center near the hotel as well. Overall it is very good and recommends for the short stay in Makkah

Very good hotel with economical price. It's in aziziah district. Have breakfast also. Cash and card both accepted. Room are very clean and spacious. And well decorated. Must visit hotel. A 5 star.

Generally, it's not bad, and there are kind of chaos and random somewhere. Staff is OK and trying to do best, especially restaurants' but they are not committed to the safety measures as they put their facemasks on partially; no cover on the whole face, also, the guests, many of them don't even put their facemasks at all!. Location is OK, but the parking is very poor and bad; it's very narrow, small, and not well constructed. Also, there are taxi/private drivers there, and they consume space which is not even enough for the guests' cars in the first place. Also, there is no valet service, especially to handle their bad parking, this parking consumes time and efforts from the guests. Also, no concierge and no immediate-attendance bell boy. Gym and swimming pool are good but their times aren't, especially the poll; it's 12/2 PM for opening which is the time of check out for some guests, and this is why I couldn't visit the pool. Night restaurant at the pool is good, and best of it is the location where it's around the pool with special lights, great, but the problem is that the buffet is indoor not outdoor, and it's small and limited of food options. Breakfast restaurant is poor; food options are limited and few, and food quality is poor. Room is OK but it could be better. 2 small bottles of water outside the empty fridge is poor and not OK. No 24 Hrs-active cafeteria at the lobby. There's a real problem of AC, especially at the shared areas, especially at the restaurants where it's hot. Another real problem; despite there are many elevators but not all of them are working, and this causes a crowd there, especially directly after the check in, and sometimes, the service staff uses the guests elevators. Value for money is OK.
