Staying in room 110. The stay was excellent. Hotel was very kind to give an upgrade as well. The hotel condition was excellent. We had the full board meal and breakfast plus the overall food during lunch n dinner on all days was extremely delicious, good quality and very nice selection n variety. The hygiene level was very good n top quality. Staff was very polite n professional.

Excellent Room service...Extremely Hospitable staff. Outstanding food. We had the full board package and all three days we were treated with the most delicious food delights starting from the soups, the salads, the main course till the desert. I strongly Recommend this hotel. The chef has exceptional culinary skills. I'm looking forward to staying with them the next time I travel to Makkah.

Room was spacious with full kaaba view.. Breakfast was good but one thing about breakfast is that the waiters put little amount of food in your plate.. and after two three visits to buffet table to fill your plate you feel shy going back and again asking to refill your plate.. Its better for them to serve breakfast in rooms so person can eat till they are full.. thanks

Amazing hotel, very near to the holy mosque, breakfast was perfect and has good variety. We had excellent dinner dining experience. Lamb biryani and Arabic Mix grilled were delicious. We had good coffee from Express. Thanks to the manager there i couldn't remember the name (Emir) he was so kind and helpful

Heaven on earth. The place is wonderful, the room with the Kaaba view is heavenly. The room is extremely clean and disinfectant. It is elegant and cozy. The staff is very welcoming and they really do their best to help you enjoy your stay. It is near to the haram, so you won't have to walk a great distance like other hotels. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the pillows; they weren't comfortable and they hurt the neck. The overall experience was great and I would love to go back to the Swissotel.
