Low quality hotel, just the location is good
The owner is cheap and don’t want to put any money to develop the place !!!
The Shafa Hotel is completely dated and requires a significant update (was 4* is now 2*). The staff is nice and friendly, except in the beverage section. We were in room 462, the hand-wash-basin was leaking, the shower had almost no water and the carpet were full of stains. In the restaurant we were the only guests, but the food was good and price reasonable.
The Hotel has to step up in order to have international tourists, if they continues to ask for 620 SAR/night.

We had to change rooms for an issue with the water heater
5 stars for location and view. It has a nice moutain veiw . The service is good, matches 4 star hotel . The furniture is old needs maintinance
