Beautiful showroom and we'll designed facility. The staff were very courteous and professional. I ordered parts for my BMW, and also had servicing done. The lounge is comfortable, and you can actually watch live repairs being performed through the windows in the customer waiting area. I especially like the accessories, and BMW clothing varieties. Overall a pleasant experience. The busiest day is Saturday, and I do not recommend scheduling appt for that day. Lastly, I did not enjoy the prices for service and parts, but I did enjoy the professional care and focus I received. A special thank you to Mr. Thomas for helping me. He was a regional BMW manager on site.
When I visited them couple of months ago
I wasn't sure if they really care about them customers
But last time I would thank Mr Hassan who I believe is the responsible person about bikes in this showroom.

Great showroom yet it misses a lot of car models. The salesman said that most of the models are distributed mainly in Riyadh or Jeddah. Again the showroom is excellent and the facility is nice.
