Good cars but unreliable maintenance, staff are hard at work but it seems they are overwhelmed by the number of cars. Management need to give more support to workers.

If you have an appointment to repair your car, expect a delay in service by one or two hours. Don’t go to pick your car after service unless you get a text message. You will be delayed even if they tell you it will finish by a certain time.

If you're thinking about buying a Mazda, think twice. It's a good brand, but the whole process is A DISASTER. Showroom staff are don't know anything about the cars. They barely give you any information or answer your questions. Wait list to get a car. You need to pre-pay for the car before it comes from Jeddah. Finally bought the car? Then you face HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE. Not enough staff, appointments are not respected, long wait times. It's basically a fish market. You got in a car accident? Say goodbye to your car, it will be stuck in the dealership for at least two months if not more. Need car maintenance? You'll wait 2 hours to handover your car, 2 hours in line at the cashier, 2 hours to pick up your car.. and one whole day stuck in the maintenance. They'll inform you about last minute repairs that force you to come in another day to fix and redo the whole process again. What a shame that this is the dealership representing Mazda in KSA. Haji Hussain whatever your name is, you should be ashamed of yourself. I don't know how the Japanese company is still in business with you. I'm this close to selling my car and replacing it with another brand with a respected dealer where they value my money, time and respect their customers.
