The whole staff ranging from valet and security to front desk and housekeeping are friendly, courteous, and well trained. The location is great - near U Walk, The Zone, and Riyadh Park. The hotel is new. The room is clean, laid out nicely, nice features like a Bluetooth and wireless charging radio, quick HDMI hook up connections, and a Nespresso machine. Tip housekeeping your first morning. The bed is too hard and not for side sleepers. Wildfire was a nice experience with friendly and great staff, but half of the meat options were too dry, chewy, or drenched in too much butter - I will not return to the restaurant again. Also, the spa was closed like many other 5 star hotels’ spa.

Good price, very nice experience. Staff are super nice. Very good location. Food and amenities are superb... Only low point was lack of media support in the room, can't stream or cast to the TV

Super clean room Fast and perfect room service Great and friendly staff Thanks to Tahani the receptionist for helping the visitors. Definitely I will come again

I've attended conferences/meetings twice here now at the conference centre...beautiful building & interiors, lots of space, free Wi-Fi inside...and loads of car parking. I haven't visited the hotel. Lunch buffet (before the covid-19 pandemic) was good.

Traveling Internationally for 20 years in over 30 countries. I can honestly say Crown Plaza Riyadh RDC is at the top of the list. Not only is the hotel top notch from the Grand and Spacious entrance, the decor, spacious rooms, award winning restaurants, health and activities to include Tennis Club, large gym and ping pong tables, location in Digital City and walking distance from UWALK. What truly sets this hotel apart are the people. From management all the way across you feel at home.
