Had a good experience staying here, it's affordable for the location. Even though it was fully booked when we checked-in, we gladly found a parking spot with no issues, but the basement is really small with limited parking space. Its at a walkable distance to Gate no. 16 so its located at a convenient location, close to basic amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, same as the displayed pictures online so no complaints on that side. Would definitely consider staying here next time.

Hotel is clean and good. Breakfast is awesome... Initially there was a mix up with the room that was allotted ...but upon complaining they gave us other room (with 1 less bed) but was better than previous so we accepted. Room was made up but old bedsheets were not moved out. Its very close to gate number 16. The stay was good.

Overall facilities are at par with other 4 - 5 star hotels. Only issue is parking. If you are travelling during the weekend or holidays I would suggest to avoid this hotel. They have limited parking space which gets full during peak time and you would hardly find any other parking spot nearby. You would have to go across the main road to park the car in paid parking area. You will find food stuff and other basic facilities nearby and distance to Haram is also less.

Poor overall service Lack of communication between hotels stuff The room which I have taken wasn't clean enough I was there for two nights and I have ask for cleaning several time no one responds. Unfortunately it will be my last time with them.

Bad, not worth the price. Facility is old enough, food delivered to rooms is bad. Service is bad. Being friendly stuff is not enough. Only small effort and good service can make most customers happy, but they do not seem to care. They make you angry then they give you a friendly smile. Photos at booking are misleading, which is true for most hotels but in this case it is definitely the worst.
