Experience is mixed bag here. Hotel room given to me was relatively small to my liking. It was double bed room. Room lighting was not enough. Room was lit by two lamps only helped with corridor lighting. There were tea and coffee available as complimentary. I stayed for two nights. Room service was late to come to clean room, instead of day/evening they came at night time. It is probably because of limited staff. Bathroom was clean, but doing shower made water go into all over the bathroom. Shower was not properly isolated with separation glass. Breakfast was good experience. Due to corona virus, they have closed the buffet system. There are pre-packaged meals boxes that are given based on the number of registered guest in room. Meal boxes can be requested in room or eaten at restaurant table. Prices are okay.
Good, nearby female prayer area. Very close to Haram. Better to book the hotel from booking.com you may get better rates/ price. Rooms are small.

Everything is fine, location is very good. But the internet is very weak and very bad since there is no password at all, people outside the hotel can access it. Poor quality internet. If you want an example I can barely watch YouTube it would load after every 1 min.
