Don't book in this hotel. I booked from booking.com with free cancellation. Property charged my credit card with full amount. I cancelled well within due time. Now they are not refunding my 1200SAR and nobody picks up the phone. Update: Booking.com gave me my money back. Property did not respond to them even.

Great location and near to the Haram. The property isn’t bad when you compare it to the price.

Not good the rooms are old gave me an isolated room where there is construction going on asked them for a change said no fully occupied. the air conditioner can't be controlled

Its a little old.. The carpets are very old.. Thwy look dirty.. However service was good n so close to the haram its a treat. Alhamdulillah

Very spacious apartment. Big kitchen with all utensils. You also get a washing machine. I did the 2 bedroom which had a living area and 2 bathrooms. Everything was excellent but rooms and bathrooms just needs updating. With the location you cant beat it as its just infront of the haram.
