Excellent service... extremely polite staff.... very clean and neat... thanks a lot for your warm welcoming
The room was very big with four beds and plenty of open space. My family loved the space. The staff was very courteous and helpful. MD Sakib at the breakfast was very hospitable. My family wants to stay @ Le Bosphorus again in our next to Al Madinah.
Disliked · The hotel parking is small. Walking to Al Haram was a little longer (say 2-3 minutes extra) which was bearable. Overall, I didn't find anything where I would rate them low.
It has very good services. Very good system in reception. You will be greeted nicely.
Friendly staff. Hotel near to haram. Neat and clean. Cheaper than most 4 star hotels . Every thing is satisfied except the breakfast. Could improve in breakfast but other than that excellent.
My second stay here, Good location, very clean and good service. High sensitivity on health measures and good quality food both on breakfast and diner. Thanks a lot Erol Bey
