European Veterinary Clinic

For myself, I feel very confident taking my dog Buddy there. I had try other veterinarians but I liked this place more especially the vet. It's a bit expensive but I believe that nowadays it is probably the same else where because the costs have gone up and taxes have made it worse.

Called to get an appointment for my kitty then asked who are the doctors and she said doctor Charles only and rembered and expirence I heard about him... then came to read the reviews! Barbaric he needs to go back to”europ” and kill those animals with such little vets in Jeddah he probably came here to scam without experience or he would be a vet in “Europe” if he knew what he was doing. He needs to pay for what he’s doing killing hundreds of pets. Saudi we don’t go out much so our pets are our best friends and people don’t know better.

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years and strongly advise against it. They are over priced due to the premium location not because of expertise. Before there was Dr. Carlos, who is a bit aggressive and sometimes has an attitude but knews his stuff. It was more important to me to get the best care possible than anything else. but he is gone now. Now u will only pay double or triple because it's off tahliyah street and a mediocre Sudanese Dr. Who obviously is trying to meet his bottom line and will do everything to rip you off. I took my dog who hit one eye and her eye is in serious condition told me to come back for a follow up, . which is suppose to be free. When I arrived they asked me why I'm here. I told them to follow up. At which point they insisted that the follow up is for further medication and that I have to pay around 500 riyals. Despite paying around 800 SR last time for the same. One antibiotic injection dose. Only one medication. I was willing to pay even because I was pressed on time and that's why I came in a hurry and forgot my wallet. I explained the situation was their fault for not clarifying that they would need to give her more. They will try to rip u off in every way. They made me pay 400 riyals to register her chip which I already had implanted and registered from the states. There is a fine line between running a business with high prices. It's a total other thing to be flat out lying and making up stuff to make you pay for things you don't need or is in your pets best interest. They refused to give my pet the injection she needed even tho she was in a critical condition. I didn't have my wallet on me (because I didn't tell me to pay cuz they tricked me into it). I asked them to put the bill on my file (they have all my info) and offered to leave my driving licence as collateral. They refused to care for my pet and take responsibility for the situation they created. I had a busy schedule. It was the final straw. Don't be surprised if they refuse to let u communicate with management to resolve issues or complain about mistreatment, they are cowards who hide behind the word, "this is our policy". Be very aware. They will rip u off and tell u we don't care about u go away if u don't like it. There r better clinics in jeddah. Don't waste ur money
