Customer service was excellent. They really understand the principle that having a good/average product can FEEL excellent by simply offering top customer service along with it. Having said that, the hotel itself was actually very clean, spacious and comfortable. They also helped me hire a car from a local for a good rate which I really appreciated. Will certainly be back again.
Located downtown yet within driving distance to airport. Very spacious rooms. Slept like a baby. Only thing I didn't like is some of the food they serve at breakfast. Horrible coffee.

Excellent location in city center, nice staff
The guy at the breakfast buffet has anger issues. He doesn’t know how to treat residents with respect. Everywhere you turn he’s just standing next to you it’s creepy. Get someone who actually knows how to interact with people. Very unprofessional.
