Good massage I gone there twice

During the phone call to make an appointment, we had chosen two different types of massages. When we arrived, we were told that these are only available in summer ... The relaxing passage of 01 hour lasted only 40 minutes ... the masseuse had to learn to massage wooden mannequins, none softness, even painful on certain parts of the body, not to mention the penetrating nails ...

CATASTROPHIC. Run away. I went with my friend for a hammam + massage + facial care. The massage was well done, but the masseuse answered her calls, massaging me while she was on the phone. I only had 50 minutes of massage instead of one hour. After barely 1 minute of massage, it begins to talk to me about tip, implying that I should give him one. When she learns that I am a student, she apologizes and tells me to forget what she said, but she talks again before the end of the massage. In terms of facial care I went through hell. The person who took care of my face was angry with his boss because she asked him to work the same evening (yes in this spa you are aware of everything, there is no discretion or intimacy; people are constantly coming into the treatment rooms and going back and forth.). On 1h15 of facial care I was only entitled to a facial cleanser, a few blackheads pierced (it took maximum 3 minutes to pierce my blackheads while I'm not bad), then a face cream and then a massage of at least 30 minutes of the face and hair to pass the time and to finish a moisturizing mask, put too much (even her colleague told her that she had put too much (in front of me) ). I was not even closed my pores nor purified, nothing! My friend she had a very good woman who used different machines (to burn her pimples, clean and close her pores etc) on her, I had no machine, nothing while we had paid for the same care. The woman who looked after me was not qualified and did not even know what to do. During this treatment, the staff did not stop entering and leaving. It's really shameful. 2 days after the pimples treatment appeared because I was not closed the pores after having made the scrub. Money thrown by the windows. Finally, the hammam was very good against the women who do the scrub are very good nothing to complain about.
