👎👎👎👎👎 The worst experience ever in tunis. The staff is not professional, they underestimate the client, I went there for collagen treatment and coloration , I requested for details and they were answering aggressively. They should learn how to be polite first. I recommend fleur de lys 😍 they really made my day. Khouloud.

Worst salon eveeeeer👎👎👎👎, even 1 star it's too much for them I swear!! staff not professional at all!! No supervisor!! I went for kerastase treatment, first they washed my hair with the shampoo then they put the mask for almost 5min without anything (massage,hot towel or steam to help the mask to get inside the hair)then they rinse it out and charge me 120 dinars when I went to the receptionist she said "sorry madame you're right usually we don't do it like that ,let me talk to the guy...he will do it again,even her she was surprised how fast I finished !! IT'S A total SCAM !!!!!!

Nice place professional staff and a very humble owner .. when ever u get the chance to visit please don't hesitate to do so . I'll be back for sure . Ps haven't tried their relaxing massage
