Awful. Several including me stayed more than 6 hours there to finish our treatment (keratin or protein). Payment is made in advance so that you can no longer cancel and leave. The work was not professional and so badly organized. I was so disappointed that I wasted a whole day for this horrible result. I would never go again!

If you have time to waste it is the best place for that! I was given an appointment for a specific hour, and there I have been waiting for over an hour. People come after and I'm still waiting. The service is awful the lady who takes care of the organization responds with a mocking tone that I should have made an appointment earlier when they are the ones who have proposed the time! I have not tested their product but I am already extremely upset by their organistaion and their sense of customer service!
