The man behind the bar litteraly HID for 10 minutes right before the all inclusive stopped, he then came out on the hour and tried to charge us for drinks😂😂
Came to rest from Russia. The beach is nice, clean. The reception is fast (if you pay), the staff speaks several languages. I liked the Tunisian cuisine, you are met by friendly people. On the territory of the pools, I really liked the one with salt water. The snack bar is open, you can have a meal before lunch, without leaving the pool area
Nice hotel with good facilities and location. Staff really try and look after you. However it's very inconsistent in service, especially housekeeping which often didn't replace coffee or minibar. Food is the same every day and not kept warm but the snack bar is ideal and does good pizza. Hardly spoke to the staff until day of the feedback forms then they were all over you which felt false! If it improves its food that would make a huge difference but until then its 5 star hotel achieving 3 star only.
Beautiful hotel, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The waiters are amazing at dinner time with constant drinks and ensuring you've always got one. The entertainment through put the day and evening is great. The private beach is breathtaking although you will get locals trying to sell your rubbish
What an amazing place, absolutely loved it from the moment you check in till the moment we left we felt so welcomed and simply loved it. Excellent resort for families couples mates its just great, food massive varity buffets and bbqs its fantastic close to everything and felt extremely safe. Would highly recommend loved it and will be back again.
