I did a protein treatment here to straighten my hair. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the result. I wish I knew what was the product they used though so I can try to find it here in Canada.

I strongly recommend this spa, the staff is incompetent and haughty in front of customers, the wait is very long in the salon. He does not respect the order of passage he privileges their friends or acquaintances to them. I find it inappropriate and incorrect with others. I am really disappointed because this is not the first time I come. I think we must review the staff because it is a beautiful spa.
I went to the center after 1 hour drive, I was in Sousse for the day only because I resumed my flight in the evening. I asked for a complete care but the lady has the reception was very expeditious, claiming that it would not greet me because I had not taken appointment.
I say to him that my friend had come a few days earlier without appointment and that she had been received.
Nothing to do, she remained stubborn and did not want to welcome my mother and me.
For once, I do not recommend this institute at all and will not set foot again.
