Located close to the historical railway station of Konya, this historical building, adjacent to the mahmuriye mosque and park, meets the needs of the warehouse for the storage and export of commodities for export and import in Konya in 1896 with the railway arriving in Konya in the "Tanta" city of Nazilli Mufti's son. It was built by Hafiz Ragıp master who studied Islam in Hijri 1319 / Gregorian 1903. Hafız Ragıp master managed this warehouse together with his father-in-law Abdülaziz mecdi bey (Tolon), who was sent to exile by Sultan Abdulhamid Khan, the second deputy of Balıkesir and his father-in-law. Municipality has restored this warehouse, revived the library, the concept of the library cafe was applied to the floor, you can listen to tea and drink while listening to books, also our young brother in the municipal officer is very kind and loves to help
