The teaching center is closed now due to the pandemic, but it is a nice facility that everyone can benefit from before.

Another teachers house where we stayed for one night. A bit noisy as it is on the side of the road. The toilet-bathroom in the room has no ventilation (there is, but it does not work). The smell is constantly in the room. We only had breakfast in the restaurant. While we were having breakfast, the cleaning staff came and washed the toilet and left the door open. It is a wonderful environment! A place where nails were not nailed after it was built. There is no POS here as in Edremit! Like a joke. You run a hotel in the resort but you get cash. Moreover, in this epidemic period. I guess all the teachers' houses have to be overhauled. It's not a place where I would think of staying again if I go. The back of the headboard in the room was not visible from the dust. I needed a cheap place to stay for a night and this place paid for it.

We had a one night stay with my friends. The rooms need maintenance and renovation, especially that part of the bathroom was the most troublesome. We only had breakfast in the restaurant part, the gentleman was interested, we did not have a problem. But I wouldn't prefer people who are meticulous and obsessed with accommodation to stay. It is managed only for those who are looking for a place to sleep at night. Only public personnel can stay.

After reading the comments here, I was hesitant about going or not. But I haven't encountered most of the bad reviews. The rooms were good clean, the room smelled of soap when we first entered. The rooms were small but if you are only going to sleep like us, it is not a problem. Only the trouble in the toilet bothered me because it was quite small with the bathroom and the bathroom area was too narrow. Breakfast was average. The price was quite adequate in terms of performance. Of course, this applies to my circumstances I'd say our Turkey. We wish that teachers' houses are of the quality we deserve.

It was surprising that it is in the center of Ayvalık and it is so empty (restaurant part). Not bad food. There are grill-style stuff. There are appetizers (meatballs, chicken and meat) but I didn't have the chance to taste it. The portions seemed a little small. (4 pieces of meatballs arrived) staff is very friendly. Reasonable in price. (such as grills 20 TL, meat 35 TL, appetizers 5-10 TL). As a final reminder, it is not appropriate to come to Ayvalık, which is a fear of cats and dogs.
