It is a three-story, quiet, and friendly hotel close to the beach. The rooms are clean, and the staff is available to help 24/7. It is split into two parts: The first part is beautiful flats, and all of them have their private balcony. The ones who don't have the see view own the cool view of the pool, but you can't dive in! The second part is two suits, both are well furnished and you have everything you want - I do recommend one of these two the most: you come out four steps from your suit and Volla - jump into the pool.

Near the cost. Very nice looking hotel and not too expensive. The rooms are quite big and very clean. It's a nice place to stay few days if you go near the cost. The beach is very calm and big, so not too crowded. The water is also calm for kids. I went there on the firsts days of October, and it was warm, around 21 and 24 degrees. The staff in the hotel are like any other in Turkey. Ok.

Normally I don't do any Reviews on Google, but my stay in this so called 'Hotel', which is definitely not one, was the worst experience I ever had in a vacation. So I decided to warn other people who consider to book this place. This "Hotel" isn't a real Hotel, but a dorm for Students which is used as a "Hotel" during summer, when students are on their holidays. I even heard an employees conversation with a father, who wanted to book a room during school time for his child. The room costs around 60€ per month, while we had to pay 250€ for 5 Days in a disgusting and unhygienic room. There was no proper cleaning service for the Rooms, in fact the cleaning woman showed up only once in 5 days. The bed and floor was full with hairs. The Bathroom was unhygienic too. The toilets didn't got cleaned during our stay, the lights in the room were extremely dim, the shower dirty and we even saw some kind of bugs in there. The Rooms had no safe either, which for us was very important to lock our passports and other valuables. On a Saturday night there was a private wedding party at the pool with extremely loud music which went on until midnight. Our Room was in the base floor, so we got to hear all the noises during that night. We didn't got into that pool, but from what I saw from our balcony, the water seemed to be green already. On top of that, they had this moronic rule that it was forbidden to bring your own food and drinks to the hotel, which of course we ignored. The one and only positive thing about this place is, that it's located nearby the city center, which you can reach within 10 minutes if you take the bus. What I want to say is, don't book this hotel, even if your budget is really tight. Try to find something else or spend a little more money to get a better place. Ayvalik and Sarimsakli are offering many cheap places to stay which haven't got any internet presence. You don't have to book a place from the internet. Go to Ayvalik or Sarimsakli and look for little pensions or hotels directly on the spot.

The Uzunhan Hotel is situated about 3km from the town centre and there is very little nearby in the way of shops or restaurants. There is plenty of parking spaces in the road in front of the hotel but no on site parking as such. Check in was straight forward and efficient and the staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms to the front of the hotel get a great view of the sea and islands but have no balcony and rooms to the rear of the hotel get a large balcony overlooking the pool. The rooms are adequate in size with bathrooms fitted to a high standard. The rooms have complimentary slippers, a fridge and air conditioning. There is no lift so you have to walk up thte flights of stairs. Might be tricky for an elderly person so be sure to book ground or first floor if this applies. The rooms are clean and tidy but let down by the lack of attention to detail. There was no toilet paper in the room. The main light was not working and neither was the hair dryer. The base of a smoke alarm was still screwed to the ceiling but the smoke alarm was missing. Breakfast is served between 08:30 - 10:30 am but it was all a bit hit and miss. Bread arrived quite late, people coming to breakfast had no idea the cutlery was in a drawer and although the variety of food provided was excellent the attention to detail was lacking here too. All in all this is a good basic hotel and more than adequate for a stop over. It is reasonably priced and I would recommend it. I would have given it 4 stars if things had been a little more professional.

We came on the recommendation of friends, but we were greatly disappointed, as it is not suitable for the cleaning conditions in any way, and there is no one who can buy the beds for a very old addressee.
