We learned that the 4-person place we had paid the down payment and reserved last night was prepared and sold to someone else this morning. As they did not offer any solution, we witnessed that they did not trust the employee named Gökhan who took our record and did not even want to pay the deposit without being sure. They were definitely not customer friendly. I do not recommend.
