Great ciğer and incredibly fast service. Also seems to be a popular place to visit for Turkish celebrities and well known gourmets. You dont need to worry about the prices either.

The most delicious and special recipe of fried liver you can eat. Highly recommended. The most famous place for eating liver in all Edirne.

There was a lineup to get in, and the quality of liver explained why. The fried liver tava was perfect, and the complimentary sides (fried peppers, grilled peppers, and a red pepper dipping sauce) were all delicious, if you could handle the spiciness. The grilled liver was not so great, and the meatballs were too salty. The seating area was cramped and grimy. No one would come for the ambiance. Still, a steady stream of people come, and they come for the liver. Can’t blame them.

Liver served with unbelievably tasty hot sauce, dried & fried hot peppers, specially cooked mild green peppers, juicy white onions and tomatoes. Don't forget to taste spice containers at the side of the table. They're so good with olive oil and bread. You will not regret it.

Good fried liver for a fair price. Good sized portions. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good service. English menu.
