An absolutely great experience. The menu was in English, Turkish and Bulgarian, and it is also easy to access the menu online through a QR code available in every table. The waiter was extremely attentive, always making sure that everything was alright. I tried for the first time the fried liver, which I had read it’s a must in Edirne. Honestly, this dish was very very good (which is a lot to say considering that I’m not a fan of liver). The waiter brought a crushed spice (something called “poy” if I understood correctly), and the liver with that spice was just amazing (for my taste). I liked the spice so much that I even bought some to take home :) My husband ordered chicken shish, also pretty good, and french fries that tasted like freshly made. Excellent place!
