Canela Cave Hotel - Cappadocia

A very beautiful place, clean and modern room (cave haha). Good view (also for the balloons during sunrise). We even like this little charming place more than the overly touristy Göreme. Great breakfast and really really friendly workers. Generally a calm and nice atmosphere and we will be back for sure.

The Best view of the hot air balloons and extremely friendly owner . Upon arrival, my friend Cathy and I were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner with home made shortbread and special Turkish tea, dedicated to make our stay exceptional. He even has booked and prepaid hot air balloon tour for me. This is one of the best cave hotel in Cappadocia. Rooms are really comfortable and very clean. So warm inside of the cave room even outside temperature was just -8 degrees. The best feature is the roof top terrace, it has the perfect view of the hot air balloons and amazing pictures you can take from there. You even can watch the balloons from the bed if you are lucky enough to secure the up-stair rooms. Thanks a lot to having us and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

A hotel that deserves our satisfaction to the fullest, where we decide (influenced by the comments) during an unplanned journey. We stayed in a 7-room hotel room with a terrace. Their restaurants were closed due to the pandemic, but all our contacts were maintained. Çavuşin is a small place, but you should definitely start your holiday from this side because it is much calmer and the balloon ride is extremely good. Besides, Urgup Goreme is a maximum of 15 minutes We went to the upper terrace around 7 in the morning and watched the balloons with pleasure. The hotel is immaculate, the breakfast is sufficient, we were well fed, but I'm sure they would have given additional products even if we were not full. The winter garden is also very nice, I do not praise any hotel that I have traveled all over the country, but when I see the hotel owner and staff who love their job, I feel like I am in the family. With their quality, smiling face and trying to solve every situation, I have already recommended it to all around me. Hope to see you again in the future, there is a house around here that we will come back to.

A small magnificent hotel with 7 rooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and always clean. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. The staff are great people 😍 We stayed 4 days everything was amazing. Thank you canela. I recommend everyone
