Sivrihisar is the most important district of Eskişehir in terms of its history and culture. Ankara-Bursa is located at the intersection of Ankara-İzmir highway. It is a district where you can taste and visit traditional flavors. Ulucami, Alemşah Cupola, Kursunlu Mosque, Zaimaga Mansion, Metin Yurdakul Mansion, Metin Yurdakul Open Air Sculpture Museum, Sivrihisar Clock Tower and Observation Terrace, Armenian Church ... The newly opened Sivrihisar Kilim Museum is a practical rug museum. The museum consists of three sections. Weaving looms and sales office are located on the ground floor and there is a collection upstairs. Guests can learn and experience how to weave rugs in the museum. In the museum collection, there are rugs, bells, cicim, saddlebags, sacks, prayer rugs, flat mat samples from other regions of Eskişehir, but the majority of the collection are special rugs for Sivrihisar. Do not return without eating sausage from Sivrihisar or tasting traditional dishes in Çeşm-i Cihan.
