We went to the Provincial Population Directorate for passport renewal. The staff is very understanding, but the system update is not done on Fridays and business hours. Citizens who come to see their work come from the districts with permission from their work, they cannot wait for the financial and time loss of this citizen. It's done, but in an annoying way. However, thanks for the devoted effort of the employees.

We made an appointment for a new identity change and left. I never expected the process to be so smooth.
