It is a must-see place in Hakkari. Its face changed, especially with the support of the Eastern Anatolia Development Agency. A rug museum is currently being established where Hakkari rugs will be exhibited. I strongly recommend you to see it.

The madrasah, which was built by İbrahim Bey, son of İzzeddin, Hakkari district manager in 1700-1701 in Biçer District, was restored by the General Directorate of Foundations in 1984.
