Kayme Palace, which is currently being transformed into a museum, is a historical building located in Bağlar Village, 15 kilometers from Şemdinli district. One of the striking things about the palace is that there are many historical cemeteries in the land around it. In the past, very important religious scholars were trained in the palace. According to the inscription, the palace, thought to have been built by Seyit Ubeydullah's son Seyit Muhammed Sıddık in the 1900s, was restored in 2016 and is expected to open as Seyyid Taha Islam Hakkari Museum today.

Kayme Palace - Hakkari Kayme Palace Şemdinli Bağlar Village was built in the years 1909-1911 when it was learned from the inscriptions of Kayme Palace located on the northern side of the old settlement areas in the river. The inscriptions are not mentioned in the inscriptions, but they are thought to have been built by Seyit Ubeydullah's son Seyit Muhammed Sıddık. Kayme palace is a two-storey building with 18,8 x 24 m. It has a rectangular plan in north south direction. To the present day, only the north and west walls of the palace were in a good condition, while the eastern and southern walls remained partially intact. The top of the palace was completely destroyed. It was renovated in 2018.
