Zeynel Bey Madrasah, located on the edge of the stream in Biçer District, is a very old historical building built by Zeynel Bey, one of Hakkari Beys. The completion date of the madrasah, which started to be built in 1560, is 18 years later. The madrasah, built with a rectangular plan, extends in the north-south direction. Partial walls and hollows remain from the mostly ruined madrasah in the gardens. Rubble stone was mostly used in the construction of the madrasa.nnIII of the tomb in the madrasa. It is thought to belong to Zeynel Bey, who participated in the Tabriz campaign during the time of Murad and was martyred during this expedition, and it is estimated that he was buried here as a result of the sultan's order. Investigations were carried out in 2005 and 2006 in order to reveal the lines of the madrasa.

Hakkari Merkez is located in the district of Biçer. Medrese XVI. It was built by Zeynel Bey of Hakkari Bey in the second half of the century. The building is located on the ground in the north-south direction.nnIt consists of a rectangular plan, a single storey courtyard and many different places arranged around the courtyard. The plan scheme of the madrasah, which is now quite destroyed and destroyed, has not been determined.nnThe medrese is entered by a door opened from the northern section. Coarse stone and rubble stone were used in the body and inner walls of the building. No ornamentation element was found in the existing remains and lime mortar was used as binding material.nnNowadays, he is in a grave in the courtyard of the medrese, which is in a state of ruin. This tomb is thought to belong to Zeynel Bey. Because, according to some sources, Zeynel Bey, who participated in the Tabriz Campaign in the period of Sultan Third Murad, was martyred at this time and was buried in the medrese on the order of Pâdişah.
