BIG FRAUD !!nWe had booked before Covid situation. We had to cancel due to lockdown. We were group of 23 people. We had paid 2000Euros. Its been 4 months since they agreed for refund but no refund yet. They are now not replying to whatsapp or picking up my phone calls. Complete fraud company.

The 1st of May we woke up and nobody came for us (we woke up for nothing). Until today we are still not refunded and nobody answer to our mails anymore. So disappointed ...

thank for the great services for hot air balloon in cappadocia

I booked a hotair balloon ride in Cappadoccia in September and all tours were cancelled due to bad weather. Despite being assured i would be refunded immediately and emailing several times, Tayf Tours have ignored me and it is now three months later without a 300eu refund. Terrible service.

very helpful, professional people. Would definately be using their services again in the future.
