Food is good. But service lacks of performance: 1. the waiter didint know what adana burger is. 2. the same waiter asked twice what we ordered. He didn't take note.. 3.They forgot two from 4 burgers. We waited over 20min for the rest. 4.when the 2 first burgers came, drinks were not served. I NEEDED TO ASK WHERE Are OUR DRINKS ? Yes you read it correctly they forgot also the DRINKS. 5. I asked for my kid a kid burger with no mayo but ketchup, guess they messed up. 6. They forgot also half of the DRINKS . I needed to ask once again for our drinks. 7. The cashier didn't apologize at the end. no he took a phone call, best solution to ignore disappointed customer. Yeah burger is okay, but doesn't look like on the promotion photos. And no the the restaurant was not busy, there is no excuse.

I love burgers here, they taste nothing like burgers they sell in fast food chains. They say that all the ingredients are fresh, and I believe that. I mostly order New York burgers home but occasionally go to the restaurant too (though it is kind of far from the city center itself but close to the so called Kafeler Caddesi, Cafes Street). The fries they serve with burgers are great too. What I also like is the boxes they pack burgers and fries in, it shows that they care about their customers!

Take Away Order Nonetheless, Soft Steamed Buns With Mouth Watering Freshly Pressed Minced Meat Burgers served on a fresh lettuce and slice of beef tomato. Was even offered tea and coffee while waiting. Order perfectly labelled and well packaged and great customer service all round. Highly recommended.
