Went here for lunch on our way back from Cappadocia. It's one of those hidden gems where there's only two items on the menu. For anyone visiting who doesn't speak Turkish, they offer a choice of either minced meat pide or cheese pide. My family and I opted for the minced meat ones and didn't regret it. They were fresh from the oven and full of flavor. Make sure to have them with the parsley and lemons for an amazing flavor. Highly recommend this place!

While passing through Aksaray, it is a must-go place, especially if one is hungry. Upon the recommendation, the taste that I personally experienced for the first time on the way from Ankara to Adana and years ago by my friend, left a magnificent taste. They cannot serve indoors due to the pandemic. However, there is a table in front of the workplace where you can have your meal even if you are on foot. Their meat pitas were the best I've ever eaten, absolutely. They also make a pita with cheese, which you eat by flavoring it with something they call sherbet, something I resemble honey, or dip it. You can watch the pitas being made, the open kitchen and the bakery ... It is 6-7 minutes from the highway, not far. It's clean and tasty. I highly recommend it.

Aksaray is an old establishment where you can eat pita with minced meat or cheese pita, which has two different menus, with sweet sherbet, which they call short cut. I recommend the cheese pita with minced meat pide for those who like cheese. It is important that such local businesses receive a more professional approach and support in the form of advice in order to serve for a long time. This business is very famous in the city where it is located. If you ever go to Aksaray, go. I haven't been in a long time, but be careful a little more cleanliness.
