One of the worst hotels in IstanbulnWe took the room, and it was dirty and small.nnThe aircondition in it does not work and instead gave us a small air conditioner.nThe room was very hot in the summer.nThe floor of the toilet always wet.nThere is no hot water for take showersnnThe net is very week.nBetween the beds, there's a moving bed.nAnd the bed is not comfortable.nThere's no closet.nThey promised to change the room, but they didn't.nI told the receptionist I'd write all this about their hotel if he didn't change the room and he didn't care.

Don't book at this hotel!nBad service,dirty and small rooms and toilets,air conditioner was not working,no closets,some beds were moving whenever we sit on them,no hot water for taking a shower,they entered our room many times when we were outside without a permission. Just a bad and horrible hotel.

Very horrible place. Shower doors didn't even close. Stairs are a death trap. They messed us about when we got there at 1am we didn't get to our rooms till 3am

Worst hotel I've ever been,they kept us in the lobby for 7 hours untill they cleaned a room.When we got to the room,it was all a mess,stained bed sheets,bad smell,floors cleaned with clorox to try to avoid the bad smell,walls we're moldy and destroyed, everything wass a mess,horror experience.nStaff was not able to do normal stuff like cleaning a room and writing the check in papers,they don't deserve the 3 stars,more like 1 star.
